We help companies devise and implement successful market strategies that will guarantee the best fit between your resources and capabilities and new export markets we know well. We help you design the strategy piece of the challenging business puzzle that often new markets with different values, languages and practices present.

Why we do it
Through our experiences as consultants, sales managers or business analysts we often found businesses that produce high value added innovative product or services but that due to size or market limitations were not capable of growing as fast as they should and could. The types of limitations we address are poor knowledge of the Greek, Cypriot Portuguese or Spanish markets, insufficient sales force to enter new, external markets or even a difficulty in adopting a more aggressive sales-oriented attitude towards new markets.
We offer a low-risk opportunity to grow into new markets and an ‘injection’ of a new sales attitude that has high success rate and that will internationalize businesses and change the mentalities of managers. Exposure to new markets and new cultures often leads to new work practices at home as well and a whole new business perspective.
How we do it
At RealSales we either know well a market or we learn it quickly. We have a strong, proven capacity to define the structure of markets, the key players and key regulators; we have a good capacity to understand the issues and develop strategies to penetrate the market. Our experience helps us to objectively understand what are the key resources and competencies of our partners and how these should be deployed in the new market.
